In addition to other comments I made, was very impressed with this all happened around Rocky having knee surgery! He addressed what was going on and plan of action before my signing of contract with him. No hidden agenda or anything less than honesty and transparency from the first time I messaged him on FB about possibly having him sell the property for me. Rare commodity and customer service now a days... I find I frequently need to coach professionals I deal with to do what I'm paying them for.

Rocky and Lisa Garst are a great team. My husband and I had so much fun during the hunt for our home. We had many laughs and memorable moments.

Rocky was very responsive to a fluid marketplace in finding new homes to view, always answered our calls and texts, and emails immediately, and continuously offered advice and suggestions throughout the home-buying process.

They worked swiftly to schedule showings and were efficient in scheduling several back to back as time allowed. They were flexible with their time and patient with our search. Rocky and Lisa did great at negotiating with the sellers regarding things needing to be addressed before the sale. They helped ease any anxiety regarding the process and helped us feel comfortable moving forward. Rocky and Lisa had suggestions and recommendations on information first time home buyers wouldn't know. We couldn't have picked better partners for this!

Both Rocky and Lisa were a wonderful mix of professional and approachable which is how I think it should be. They knew and understood when business needed to take place but their exciting and fun personalities allowed us to enjoy this process and have fun with it as well. We'll miss seeing them so regularly.
